INTRODUCTION
In the Name of the Holy Trinity
The Completion of the Book of Daniel is easy to follow and understand. Yet
it provides several beneficial spiritual lessons.
In the story of Susanna for instancc, we learn ahont how twelve-year-old Daniel supported by the Spirit of
God saved her life and showed the deceitfulness of the two elderly men. We
also see how Susanna refused to sin in the eyes
of the Lord and trusted that He would save her and FIe
did.
In the song of the Three Young Men, all the creatures praise the Lord who
saves his children even from the lions’ den.
The stories of Bel and the dragon show how young
Daniel continued to defeat the devil and his advocates and show their deceit.
May God make this book a source of blessing for all those who read it through
the pleadings of the Mother of God Saint Mary and Saint George the Prince
of Martyrs and through the blessings and prayers of His Holiness Pope Shenouda the Third and I-Ifs Grace Abba Moussa
the Bishop of the Youth.
Remember me in your prayers.
